Sun Flow Yoga represents Hanna's favorite things- the sun and the ocean. She combines these magical elements into her style of teaching embodying light, warmth, and flowy movement.

Hanna loves how yoga encourages curiosity about all parts of ourselves, fostering a non-judgmental awareness and a deeper connection with our body’s innate wisdom. She believes that when yoga flows through us, it reveals the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our being—sometimes blending them together in a beautiful dance.

In her classes, Hanna creates a space where every part of you is welcome. Each pose she suggests is an opportunity for you to make choices based on what your body needs in that moment. By making choices from this authentic place, you cultivate true self-trust, allowing you to live more genuinely both on and off the mat.

Hanna’s teaching style invites creative expression and heightens present-moment awareness. She integrates breathwork, meditation, asana, and somatic movement to offer a unique yoga experience. She is dedicated to supporting her students and holding a safe space where they can be guided by their hearts in their practice.

Yoga has been a profound source of healing for Hanna, and she is honored to practice, teach, and learn alongside her students. She completed her 200-hour yoga training in 2021 and completed her 300-hour training in 2025 at Breathe Together Yoga in Los Gatos, CA.
Hanna works full-time for an organic produce company spreading the love for healthy and sustainable food. On her free time, she enjoys trail running, watching a sunset at the beach, cooking/juicing, learning the drums, photography, and taking any moment to get creative!
